1. Check-in & Check-out

for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday:

• Arrival after 14:00
• Check out time 10:00

2. Terms of Payment

• Caution-money € 500,- to be payd at confirmation of booking.
• Upon confirmation of booking: Deposit 30%
• Final cleaning: € 100,-
• Balance: 29 days before departure

3. Cancellation policy

Up to 29 days prior to departure: 30% payment penalty

From 29 days until the day of arrival : 80% payment penalty
