The occupation of the apartment is limited to the number of persons mentioned in the contract.
The concierge may deny access to any additional person.
The guests agrees to respect all rules of good neighborliness.
The caution-money will be fully refunded at the time of departure , provided that the dwelling has not been damaged.
All apartments are non-smoking as per Law January 16, 2003 Article n. 3 art. 51.
In case of failure to comply will be charged the amount of Euro 500.00 for the additional costs of extra cleaning and washing fabrics.
Communication mandatory under Article. 16 of 269/98 - the law punishes with imprisonment for crimes related to prostitution and child pornography.
